I was at a wedding once and everyone had bells at their seat-it was so annoying having 400 people ring bells at the same time.

i am actually using them as place card holders...The ones I got barely ring, so I can't see it being annoying

totally did not mean it that way. I love them actually but you can imagine 400 drunk people ringing bells while you are eating dinner

I have a package of 50 small bells and I plan on putting like 3 or 4 on each table.

2 are fine. You don't want to many out there ringing. People will still clang their glasses anyway.
