kitchen aid mixers??!!!

i want to register for one.... but which one do i choose???? which is the best and why?? TIA

Honestly, I think the only difference is the size - one model is a 1/2 quart smaller than the other (or something like that) Personally, I registered for the smaller of the two.

I have the 5 quart one and it is awesome. It is the perfect size for all kinds of baking. The larger ones are mainly for industrial stuff.

I have the artisan 5 quart - I have yet to take it out of the box...but it is the same one my grandma has and hers is 50+ years old and works perfectly.
the difference between the three is motor speed and one has bowl lift where as the other two have head tilt lifts. Go to a store and look at a display to see which one you like more.
