Has anyone used Kleinfeld hotel blocks? I keep getting emails about this but it seems too good to be true. I don't understand how they make money off of it. I think it might make my life easier planning a hotel block especially with all of the questions I have but I just want to make sure it's reliable and doesn't cost you more money
I did! I forget who my consultant was but she helped me with everything even after we changed our mind and cancelled one of the blocks two weeks after we initially decided. Totally free. Was really happy using that service.

I used them, I got Sara. Amazing!! Wish every thing was that easy!! Every question I had was answered by her, if she didn't know she asked them so I didn't have too! She even set up appointments for us to view the bridal suites!! It was great, highly recommend!!!
i used it! its great! just make sure when you sign the contract, you send it back to the consultant NOT the hotel person who will contact you after you agree with the consultant..
