Kleinfeld's Update......
Well after a lot of calling, Kleinfeld's finally e mailed me a picture of my dress....here it is :) i'm not going to leave the pics up too long just in case fh lurks.........

i had the same problem!! the link below tells you step by step how to get a large pic without resizing it! it worked for me!good luck!
