Has anyone been to Kleinfelds? I'm thinking about going but my mom told me they are very rude and unfriendly there...

I think with every story you are gonna hear such extreme oppsotites....go you dont have to stay or buy from them if you arent comfortable

Re: Kleinfelds?
I got my dress there, but at one of their sample sales, and they couldn't have been nicer. I would not have gone there otherwise, not because of what I'd heard about them, just because I know I couldn't afford their normal price range. I think you should go and check it out. Your experience could be completely different from everyone elses and you should judge for yourself. You never know, you could find your dress!

Re: Kleinfelds?
i had an ok experience there. it was a bit busy (on a weekday), kids running around and i had a dress others girls wanted to try on so sales people kept knocking on my door and taking and returning dresses. It was a bit chaotic. I didn't end up buying from there...however, I am very glad I went for the experience. I would just go and check it out. It can't hurt.

I went to kleinfelds 2 times. I worked with an amazing sales associate. she was too nice lol
I went for the experience, i knew that i probably wasnt going to buy in the city just cause its a bit of a pain, with driving in, and parking its pretty much an all day procudure. even with taking the train.
I reccomend going there, its a gorgeous place and the people are sooo nice!

I think you should just go and form your own opinion. One thing I found on this website is that everyone has different experiences. Just go and if you don't like them then don't order your dress from them

Re: Kleinfelds?
I went, but it was for the TLC show, Kleinfeld Unveiled, so eveyone was super nice because they were probably hoping to be on tv lol. I had Keisha (spelling??) . She was nice, even when the cameras were off. But, I explained what I wanted and what i didn't and she wasn't that great at bringing dresses that met my expectations. She would bring ones that were out of my budget (after i told her what it was) and didn't look like the dresses i explained/showed pictures of. But, like i said, she was nice. It was a fun experience though. They have so many beautiful dresses there! Also, they sometimes have designers in the store. I met Anne Barge and she, personally, was helping me with dresses she designed. Hope this helped. Good Luck!
**ETA - if you are the type of person who likes to look at pictures of you in the dresses you have tried on to help with the dress decision, it is a problem. They don't let you take pictures there until you actually buy the dress. I'm the type that needed to go home, look at the pics and think things over.

I purchased my dress there. I recommend working with Diana. She was wonderful and I had a great experience with her. Tell her what your budget is when you arrive and she'll help you find dresses that will suit you.
