Kleinfeld's

Kleinfeld's

Girls I need help...

Has anyone been to Kleinfeld's? Are they really expensive or are they like everywhere else that has the different price ranges.

I am stressing out - I have been to:
Bridal Reflections
Burton Bridal
Priscilla of Boston
Demetrios

but I still have not found THE DRESS. I liked something at Demetrios but I wasn't loving, loving it... I'm suppose to love it - love it - right..

I was also thinking of trying RK Bridal..

Any advice would really be appreciated... this is not good...:

I heard that once a month hey have a GREAT sale day...but you most definately need an appointment for it. Someone I know got a 4000 dress for 1600 on the sale day. I think it might be worth it to find out more about that.

dresses start at $1800

sometimes they have sample sales so they cost less...sample sales are when you buy the sample theyve ben using in the store...they also have a trunk show every weekend, this means each weekend a designer is there and you simply try on dresses, you can try on that designers if you want and if you buy it you get 15% off

Kleinfeld's has some of the same designers as Bridal Reflections (like Eve of Milady, Amalia Carrara, Romona Keveza, ). Check their website www.kleinfeldbridal.com. It also tells you when they have trunk shows.

I highly recommend Kleinfeld's. We had a wonderful experience there. Try to get Debbie as your saleperson - she was great.

I bought my dress there. I worked with Sarah! She was awesome! You should watch the series 'Say Yes to the Dress' on TLC, Fri nights at 10:00. It shows what goes on at Kleinfelds. I was actually filmed for it, but havent seen myself on it yet. They have a great selection and I had a great experience! Good luck!

I had an amazing experience at Kleinfeld. As soon as I saw my dress I knew it was the one. Why not make an appointment and check them out? You have nothing to lose.

Debbie is awesome! I had her too! You tell her your price range and she'll find the perfect dress for you. She suggested my wedding dress even though it was nothing like what I described to her what I wanted and she said... I have a feeling you'd love this one. AND I DID! That's what we bought

I had a GREAT experience w/Kleinfeld, and I know they say dresses start at $1800, but I don't think I paid that much for mine. I think they were running a promotion. Or, you can always try a sample sale day. Give it a shot.

I fell in love with a Canadian designer (Justina McCaffrey) and the only place she sells her dresses in NY is at Kleinfelds. I'm not sure I would have felt compelled to go to Kleinfelds if that wasn't the case.

They do have a bigger high-end selection than most of the smaller salons on Long Island, so if you're looking for a high-end gown - your best bet is probably Kleinfelds. The service is good. It can be a madhouse in there depending on when you go, but I had a fairly good experience. I used Camille and she was as helpful as any salesperson could be and Enza, my seamstress, has also been wonderful.

I would definitely try it out. I went there just so that my mom and I could look at dresses together and we both ended up falling in love with this one dress. Now I know they say dresses start at $1800, but of the 6 I tried on, 2 were under $1800 and the one I got was only $1k...it wasn't a sample sale gown..and I didn't have any special discounts! I was so happy. Pics in my album..it's the strapless dress with the sash around the waist.

Even if you go just for the experience to see what kind of dresses you like, it's worth it.

Re: Kleinfeld's

it depends alot on when you go...every weekend theres a trunk show and it depends on what designer is there bc during a trunk show theyll have mostly that designers dresses out and depending on the prices of that designer it can be very high, mid or low...i went during a reem acra trunk show and all dresses out there were 4k and up...i did go in the back to look at all their dresses

KLEINFELDS is known as the biggest bridal store, they carry 1500 samples in their store so even if you dont buy it there you will have alot of different styles to try

Kleinfelds has a large selection of gowns and also past seasons...you will definitely find your dream wedding gown

the only thing i didnt like was that the fittings were annoying..i couldnt go into the city until Saturday and i live in Suffolk which made it hard to get in there.

but that was my only beef with Kleinfelds...other than that....they were wonderful, the selection was beautiful and i got 20% off my dress
