If you check back in the posts you will read about the HORRIBLE experience I had with Kleinfelds, they do NOTHING on the price and are totally out to get your money, honey, do yourself a favor, shop around before you commit to them, because if you don't theres' no turning back, if you'd like any more infor, FM me!!

I was so happy with my experience at Kleinfelds. I think they do have the best collection of dresses and I liked my salesperson a lot. They do work on the price with you and I received a nice discount. They also locked in the rates for the alterations, which I do not have to get there, but if I want to get them done there, I will get the price that is in the contract. The girl that recommended this was like, I just want to make sure you do not have to pay more next year, as alteration rates will def go up. I also loved Elise..she was so sweet and I have seen her on Say Yes to the Dress many times...that is so sad..... : )

Myself and my friends are all getting our dresses from there. We all had different people. They do work with the price. Sorry it didnt go well. Is your dress alita graham?

u girls are so right! i will give it another chance. i made an apt and i asked for judith. wish me luck and hopefully i will have my dress soon!!! i cant stop thinking about it!! thank u for all your help

We got back 60% they kept 40% and said it was for the designer in Israel, personally I know they did NOTHING and kept my money because they could and they're greedy but the time and money it would take to fight it is not worth it so I let it go, I guess if they need my money that badly ya know??? I'm still very upset about it though and I tell everyone I speak to to NEVER go there!!!!! It's not the sales people its management, they don't fight for the customer they just care about the bottom line, they just say what they need to to make a sale, I worked in that industry and I know how it was, and it's sad bt true, I know you have that at many places, but in a case such as this, when they are TOTALLY in the wrong and take NO responsibility and blame it on the designer solely I think they need to look at the way they conduct business because I KNOW I'm not the only one who had a bad experience.
