I did too! I still get knot emails but not regarding kleinfelds Randy had a talk with them probably

OMG! What time do they close? I will be working in the city by then and can go straight there! Can I get the email please?

I highly recommend NOT going to Kleinfelds for anything. I had the worst experience there EVER

My first appointment was at Saks Bridal (NYC), where we were treated with the utmost respect and our bridal attendant was AMAZING. Right after that appointment I made my way to Kleinfelds or what I like to call 'the meat market'. My attendant was rude, terrible and I felt so rushed. She actual left me 1/2 way thru my appointment to deal with a different bride. At that point I packed up and left. It was the worst experience of my life.

I ended up getting my dress at Amsale where again I was treated like a bride should be. I highly recommend it! I wouldn't go to Kleinfelds if they offered me a dress for FREE!
