Gaby's in Woodbury/Syosset on Jericho tpk does...its a bagel place but you can create your own salad.
Also, Kitchen Kabaret on Glen Cove road/LIE service rd...they do the same thing but its a real gourmet deli.
I am always looking for these types of places but they are few and far between on LI.

'The Sexy Salad' is in the Hauppauge Industrial Park food court... Exit 53 off the LIE.
It's pretty good.. but sometimes when they 'sex up the salad' for me, they put too much dressing on it (ie sexing it up)
