i acutally work over there n my apartment is like 2 blocks away.. But im not moving in till december. .I always see it cause im a tropical smoothie fantic and wonder what its like is it a gym??

I used to go there! I loved the koga classes but I heard John Koga is gone. I tried the belly dancing but it's harder than it looks. So funny I bet I've seen you girls there before!

OMG those smoothies are the best. It's the only reason why I loved going out there so much!

Yeah its a gym..it is under new ownership and she is making some really good changes. I like it because it is cheap has all the equipment I like to use and has some fun classes!

i should look into, since i will be living right there... Right now i am a member at Planet Fitness its only $10 a month but there is no classes just work out equpiment.

mines a basement apartment in someones house. its on Mary street in selden right off of North Bycle i believe.. But i dont move in till december... :( lol But i work over in Centereach so im over there alot still

I live like 25 min away from Koga. I took a Koga class...half kickboxing...half yoga. It kicked my butt! If it wasn't so expensive a class...I would go a lot more.
