Kosher in or near Islandia/Smithtown

So one of my bridesmaids keeps kosher (very strictly) Since my wedding is on a Sunday morning I'm going to order like platters of bagels and muffins and fruit for my room from the hotel the morning of since we have to be up at the crack of dawn getting ready. Does anyone know of any kosher bagel places around Islandia or Smithtown where I can get a spread for the people who keep kosher? Or have any ideas of how I can make sure my bridesmaid and her family (she has 3 small kids) will have breakfast the morning of the wedding??

zan's kosher deli is in lake grove- you could check them out!
