Kosher (non-dairy) cake flavors?

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions for cake flavors that come out good with no butter or cream (non-dairy/kosher)? (I know, no buttercream!) I am sure there must be some things that come out good and others not so good. We are interested in some kind of a light colored cake.

And, in case you were wondering, yes - that IS my beautiful wedding dress in the photo to the right! And I cant wait to wear it one month from today at the Royalton! Yay wedding dresses are sooo exciting!

I am having my wedding at at Glatt Kosher place and they have every flavor. The cake i want is Red Velvet.

So you should be able to get any cake flavor done kosher.
