Thanks. I am was SOOOOO pissed when all she would say was And... AND... I told her how unprofessional their operation was and how embarrassed I am that I recommended them to my guests. She said OH WELL.... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Best thing I can do is never give them any of my business and tell others of my experience and let them make up their own minds.
