Ok ladies, I have finally narrowed teh floral search down to 2 places, LA Blossom and Verbena Designs, both ladies were great. Each one has their own unqiue touches. Here are the pro's cons: LA Blossom pros: price, design ability, adn she creates hand painted aisle runners (amazing) Cons: She does not do any designing of the RH, such as cahir bows/slashes, decorating teh ceiling with satin and/or flowers
Verbena pros: price, designs, she does chair bows.sahses ($2 per chair, great), can decorate ceiling with satin and/or flowers Cons; she does not do teh customized asile runner
I am so confused, and the I spoke with my potential DOC, and she does work with LA Blosson, but she said that if I go woth Verbena that I will get exactly what I pay for, but with LA Blossom is I pay for $4000 i will get closer to $5000 in flowers.
The reviews on both are great, couldnt find any bad, but please help me decide!

i had the same dilema and ended up with Verbena..don't get me wrong- BOTH are amazing!!! but for me it came down to the fact tht Jen has organic flowers...MAJOR PLUS!
Just book Verbena for flowers and have Laurie (LA Blossom) do your aisle runner

you can order just an aisle runner from LA blossoms even if you pick verbana as your florist. Many girls on here order aisle runners from la blossoms although they have another florist

The chair covers are running $1.95 from the linen place that LA Blossom works with then another $2.50 to put them on, whare as verbena will do them for $2, and yes i can order the aisle runner from another place. But the chair price is unbeatable, plus I really cliqued with both women, so its making it hard!

well if verbana will do the chair covers for less and you clicked with her then i'd go with her, and when its closer to your wedding i'd order an aisle runner from la blossoms or if you feel weird to do that since you didn't hire her, you can get an aisle runner from elsewhere

I don't know anything about Verbena, but I did book withe Laurie/LA Blossom. Loved her. If price is a concern, I'd go with Laurie - if you get more for your money like your DOC said. And her aisle runners are fantastic. Maybe price it all out and see what the difference would be for the chair cover prices vs. flowers? Did you get a quote for each for everything you are looking for - chair covers, aisle runner and flowers? Maybe just make it a strict numbers comparison since you liked both women equally.

They both came in just about the same price. They both were great. I think they will both do an amzing job and i think i will get more than what i pad for at both, from looking at their work adn talking with girls. The price difference is huge with the chair bows, for jen to do it it would run about $500 for teh other company it would run$1375.00 thats a big difference. And I want the ceiling decorated as well and Laurie does not do that, i was hoping she did. I had pretty much made the decision to go with Verbena, but then when potential DOC said you would get more from LA blossom, i was a bit nervous. But Jen will provide me with more of what I need, the chair bows, the ceiling wrapped in satin and/or flowers. Such a decision. The FH says to go with Verbena since I really liked her and she can do it all except the aisle runner and I dont even know if I can have one yet, lol.

Then I think you've made your decision! The difference in the chair covers is a big difference. And you can always hire Laurie to just make your aisle runner. Good luck!

if both do a great job then dont worry because regardless who you pick you know it will look gorgeous.
