LA Fitness

Does anyone belong to an LA Fitness GYm on LI? I just joined and that Planet Fitness thread sparked my interest to see if I have any fellow gym goers

Re: LA Fitness

We all should decide on a date and Do a spin class together

Almostawife Posted: Nov 03, 2008 01:05 PM

Re: LA Fitness

the best spin class is Joy on Saturday and Bridgett on Sunday.

Joy also teaches Wed at 5:30 pm. I'll be there this sat but not sunday.

I'm going to the one in Farmingdale this afternoon since I work here and have to stay in the area going to an Ugg party tonight. Uggs for $110

Re: LA Fitness

Hey.. I didnt read your message in time. I did take the latin class once. It was fun, but the instructor moved soo fast. I could not even keep up! But then again, it was my first time. I would try again.
