Does anyone belong to an LA Fitness GYm on LI? I just joined and that Planet Fitness thread sparked my interest to see if I have any fellow gym goers

I am not a big fan of the class because I suck at it lol. But, I would go again..for the workout! Next week, I can go Mon, Tuesday or Friday if they have the classes those days.

the best spin class is Joy on Saturday and Bridgett on Sunday.

Joy also teaches Wed at 5:30 pm. I'll be there this sat but not sunday.

I'm going to the one in Farmingdale this afternoon since I work here and have to stay in the area going to an Ugg party tonight. Uggs for $110

I love spinning claases, thats perfect for me
