FH has left them 3 messages and we still haven't gotten a call back. It has been over a week. I'm pretty annoyed, like - that is your JOB to call people back. I don't get it.

I have the same problem with them, I contacted them over a week ago to go look at the place and nothing- seriously unprofessional- I am thinking of calling their corporate office.

i HATE hearing things like this..........that is really annoying - i dont understand why they wouldnt be calling you back - you are a potential customer - its like they dont care if they get your business or not......
i hope they shape up b/c that is where we are looking to book for ourselves and our guests!

that is odd - i have been calling every day for the past week and i always get right through and talk to sales
they sent out my accomodation cards last week but i didnt get them yet so i call every day to see if they were returned to them or something

I just really like that they give the free shuttle or I wouldn't bother
Everyplace else charges a lot for the shuttle bus.
Oh well - we left messages for Jessica, is that who you are dealing with too? Maybe we should just call someone else?

i havent had problems with her either....if i get her voicemail i push zero & ask if she is in & they will find her. kirsten is very nice, maybe she is a bit swamped, but ask if she is actually in b4 the transfer u to voicemail.
