FH has left them 3 messages and we still haven't gotten a call back. It has been over a week. I'm pretty annoyed, like - that is your JOB to call people back. I don't get it.

Have you visited the hotel? When we did we told her we wanted to block the rooms so she drew up the contract and I had it that night. It is very unprofessional of them not to get back to you. I wonder if she is just not getting the messages?

FH works crazy hours, so we were calling to set something up. . .I don't want to waste a trip there just to have no one available. . . maybe we need to just show up. . . I agree, I just find it very unprofessional.
I can't imagine she isn't getting any of our messages. . .other girls had the same problem. Its just odd.

I've worked with kirsten too and she has been responsive. Her email changed (from Wingate) so she wasn't getting back to me on that... but when I called- she called back later that day.

Is this the LaQuinta on 821 Stewart Avenue Garden City, NY 11530???
I was checking out the website and it says Pets Welcome.........I wonder if they allow dogs in the Bridal Suite?......I have been sooooo upset that I would be going to sleep alone the night before the wedding without my dog and getting ready in the hotel and not having any pictures with her.......AND since everyone will be at the hotel with us nobody can watch her for us - she'd be alone from Thursday - Saturday in our apartment

Awww, I would TOTALLY bring your pet. I'm super attached to my dog too (i'm actually so excited, Thomas Paul suggested we take some e-pics with my dog!!!! - off topic, kind of)

I had the same problem. I ended up calling the corporate office, and was able to get everything taken care of through them. They faxed me over a contract same day, and I just had to fax it back to the hotel. Here is who I dealt with...her name is Barb and she was SUPER helpful. Make your reservations through her!

yeah...i had a little bit of trouble getting them to finally send me the contract. I had to call and email multiple times....
