has anyone ever been on LA Weight Loss and if so did you lose? just joined yesterday... i have done WW for a long time and i think i was getting tired of it..

Congrats on joining! I did it about 4 years ago and dropped 40 lbs quickly. I gained about 20 of them back so joined again. So far I'm down about 8lbs.

I did it and lost about 15 pounds... but I didn't stick with it. I am doing ww now and am finding it easier and I am having more success with it. BUt each person is different. Good luck with LA weight loss. The LA Lites are really good, and you can buy them on ebay so don't think you have to spend thousands buying them in advance from LA Weight loss.... they are a little salesy.

How much per week does it cost?? They give you meals right?

WHen i went it was $7 a week, they don't give you meals but you eat certain amounts of food groups a day and portion sizes... They do sell you these protein bars that are prart of the program...

i have a TON of friends that have done LA and loved it....while u do have to plan all the meals out yourself, which is the annoying part, every one of my family & friends who've done it, rave and say that the self-planning re-taught them how to eat and was really life changing....here's a photo of one of my friends who did LA - this took her under just under a year - but she was diligent and determined! this picture was also taken a year ago, and she still looks this amazing!!!!!!! Just wanted to encourage you! Good luck!!!!!!

I did it 8 years ago and was very successful. Unfortunately it all came back. I wish I could afford it again because I am getting sick of WW too.

It is nice because of the more personal attention you get, however I lost more weight faster with ww. I think different diets work different for people.... LA Weight loss is very expensive though..
