I am making my own Labels for our Wedding Invites and my FMIL is Widowed do I put on her invite Guest?

Up to you and FH...
We have the same issue with my FFIL and FHs sisters don't want him to bring a guest. Then again, FMILs death is relatively recent...so FSILs are afraid of the guest 'replacing' their mother.

Yeah you and FI should definitely ask her if she wants to bring anyone, tell her you're writing/labeling out the invites now. Unless your FI doesn't want her to bring anyone then I dunno.
You should probably send a separate invitation to her guest if she wants to bring someone and he is ok with it. Maybe not on the same envelope as hers though? Send her guest a separate invite with his name alone?

I would ask her or have your FH ask her if she would lime to bring someone. It doesn't have to be a date she could always bring a friend for support.
