We are using chocolate brown envelopes for our wedding invites and I'm in the process of trying to find labels for the addresses.
Does anyone know of any online retailers that sell labels similar to these:
Paper-source is just a little too expensive .60 for 2 and we would need about 125. Our envelopes are 5.5 x 8.75 and I don't think little labels would look right.
Any suggestions or ideas would be extremely appreciated... thank you.

Re: Labels for dark envelopes
Did you try staples or office max? I got ones there a few years ago with blue bordering. And they sold them by the box, like regular plain ones.

My friend had this prob for a bridal shower. She did light pink print on clear labels. The envelopes were drk brown. I thought it came out really good!

You could also hand-write them with a gold pen... (one of those paint-pen type ones or a gold sharpie, so it comes out clearly)

This was going to be my suggestion, too. I think that would look really nice!

I would really check with your post office about the dark envelopes only because typically they have to stick a big old nasty bar code sticker on them. Not possitive though! SO bring a sample of what you are thinking and ask them what you should do before buying any specific type of label.

Re: Labels for dark envelopes
thanks for the suggestions. My handwriting is okay but I wonder how nice it will look for a wedding invite. Hiring a caligraphy doesn't seem to be in our budget. But I do like the idea of using a gold pen to write the addresses.
hmmm.
