Labor Day wknd brides-when are you mailing invites?

I already did STD's and sent out a newsletter to get people on the ball for booking hotels, air etc...My count is due by August 20th so I was going to send the last week in June, or first week in July.

I am going to send mine mid/early-june.. i am 9/8... maybe that is too early? but i am making our rsvp date Aug 11th.. gives us a few weeks for finalizing stuff and having to nag those late RSVP'rs Fh and I are out of state ourselves so I really want to keep our stress down by giving us the cushion on the RSVP's..

we'll see how it works out!

I'm most likely going to be mailing mine out mid June. My RSVP date is August 1 so that'll give people 6 weeks.

Im mailing out my invitations June 15th...my RSVP date is August 1st

Mailing ours out right after July 4th.

my rsvp is on july 31st. I don't know when to send the out. My aunts think I should send them out the second week of June. What do you think?

I am mailing mine July 1st.
RSVP date August 1st.
Is that unreasonable? I thought 8 weeks was plenty of time...
I should probably order invitations...

I see I am the crazy one who is mailing her invitationsin mid May. My reasoning is that I wanted to make an early RSVP date (July 1st). The reason I did this is becuase 50% of my wedding is from OOT and we has NO idea how many of them are going to come. I have so many people I would love to invite, but am limited by money...so if most of the OOTers dont come (FH family!) then it gives me more time to send out some more inviatations .... My point. I dont think there are any rules. No such thing as too early.
