Has anyone ever heard of the labybrith walk?I did it last tuesday with my sister and Aunt its really relaxing. I wanted to feel less stress and my sister told me to come with her and I did they have one in stonybrook and in mount sinai its on every second tuesday's of the month. Just wanted to share that with everyone.

the labybrith walk is were they light candles and you walk on a path to relax its hard to explain really I did it for the first time last tuesday. its kinda spiritual you can meditate when you get to the end of the labybrith and I will tell you its reallysomething. its in stonybrook at the fellowship church if you are ever interested I will send you more info about it
