First & First Last Name
Which ever name you feel you would like to go first.
I don't like the mr & mrs. Guy's name last name and I think first names should be said.

I liked that, too...
until I realized that it's MR. and MRS., so the guy's name would HAVE to go first since 'Mr.' is first, right?
