Im sooooooooo nervous about leaving my son for the first time on monday when I go back to work. I will miss him like crazy... but im mostly nervous that our relationship will change and since fh's mom is watching him 3 days a week I feel like we will become closer to her then me. I know I sound like a big baby but I was up all night crying

My cousin went through the same thing when she returned to work, but don't worry! My mom watches her daughter for her because her mother works also, and her daughter loves her to death and is soo close to her. My mom watches her 5 days a week from 8:30-5:30....you will only be gone three days...that isn't bad at all. I totally understand your worries, but no one can ever replace you in his life...you are lucky you can leave him with family...some people don't have that option. I'm sure everything will turn out great...

First of all, its great how close the two of you are and its great that your FH's mom wants to help out. ITA with the others who say that he has several positive female role models.
