dresses?? I HATE how JT dresses. He looks like an Old Navy ad from 1996. It's terrible. Everything is always faded and ripped and messy looking. If I buy him clothes, he'll wear them, which is great, but he'll always pair a nice shirt with a pair of pants that make it look so scruffy. He goes to work in the most wrinkled, bunched up clothes. He thinks because he works behind the camera, he does not need to dress nice, but he wants a job for a major network someday and I keep telling him he needs to dress more appropriately for work because no one will take him seriously when he goes for a network job. Maybe I'm being pushy, but I would even like to know he wants to look good just for ME, let alone his job!

For the most part, yes. I do wish he wore FLAT FRONT chinos instead of pleated. BUt otherwise, he's very good at coordinating his work clothes and dressy causal, he always looks nice.
But around the house on the weekends when we aren't necessarily doing anything - not so great!

I always tell FH he is just 5 gay guys away from being a fabulous dresser!! If he went on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy they would have a field day with him!!
He's terrible with matching things and wearing the right shoes and a belt, etc.
His mom and I joke that he needs Granimals!!
So I buy most of his clothes, sneak them in the closet and sneak the old ones out if I think it's something he won't notice.

Oh, TOTALLY. And in fact I don't think it's the actual clothes, I think it's the way he wears them. Does that make sense? Like, he can make anything look messy.

DH dresses like a skater....baggy jeans (not that baggy) and big hooded sweatshirts and tee shirts.....but everything is baggy on him cuz he's a beanpole!

Not at first...He always used to wear pull overs and shoes with buckles...UGH! I cringe just thinking about it. I buy most of his clothes now and he likes what I buy. Even when he buys his own clothes, it fits better with a guy his size.
It's so funny bc he says before we got together he thought he was able to dress himself. Now he finds himself asking me if 'this matches or how does this look' most morning.

I made DH switch to flat front! Pleated pants make big guys look bigger! I've fixed up his wardrobe so now I like the way he dresses, but when I first met him he was still living in the 90's (he wore cammies for 5 years so he never got used to dressing in normal clothes).

My DH tends to get repetitive in what he wears sometimes.. the same clother over and over when he has a closet full of nicer stuff. But I truly like the way he dresses . Casual but not to trendy, not too old fashion, etc.
Then again I think he looks most handsome in grungy jeans, a tee shirt and a baseball cap, so I'm REALLY easy to please (and trust me, I'm NO fashion plate either )

I have the opposite problem. I sometimes think he dresses better than me. There is one label that he really likes, and he wears mostly that, and always looks very well put together. And he also asks if certain things match together, and do I like the lighter blue or the darker blue with the khacki pants (geez)
Now, Im no slob, but I definitely get the feeling sometimes that he cares more about his outfits than I do.

My dh loves shopping and loves clothes. He dresses better than I do.
Ugh my FH dresses like the only clothes that exist are t-shirts and shorts (or jeans) and almost always a baseball cap. So one night I said to get dressed up for a fancy dinner (my treat) and when he had nothing to wear, he knew it was time to hit the mall.

I love how Frankie dresses it was one of the first things that attracted me to him! Though his style has changed over the last 7 years he is still sexy to me!
