I am trying to avoid hiring an DOC but I need help in timing the day and telling my vendors when to be where...

the wedding starts at 430 CH at 7 ...I am getting dressed in brooklyn...

1. what time should hair and makeup be at my house
2 what time should the florist bring my BP flowers and my Boq....when should he set up church and hall
3 what time should limos come and get me
4what time should photographer come and start taking pics...
5what time should DJ be all set up
6 did I miss anything?

are you taking pics before ceremony??
if so where?
how far from home is ceremony and rh?


i think photographer should come one hour before you are ready to leave
he just needs to capture you getting into your dress and maybe some pics of you and BP...and one hour should be enough time to get a pic you getting makeup/hair done

and im pretty sure florist and DJ know when to get to the hall

it depends on how elaborate your flowers are...my florist said they need to arrive at noon to set up my ceremony and CPs(ceremony is at 6)
