Ladies, I might lose it.

Ladies, I might lose it.

We had the offer accepted on the co-op we desperately want. (We don't plan on staying much longer than a few years.) It's exactly what we want.....1 floor in the building (no one above/below us to annoy us, since we have strange work schedules), totally redone (the kitchen is amazing!), partial basement, full attic, deck off the back, right near our jobs. But things have not been going well since our offer was accepted. That couple is going through a divorce and they are dragging us through it. The contracts still have not been signed.

Now, I just get a phone call that the VP of the TV station is going on his rampage. Sweeps start today and he gets really anal during ratings periods. He wants me to redo everything that has been done over the past few weeks because he's not sure about them. They have been fine for weeks, but once ratings start, he swears things are 'off'. Are my bosses going to help me? NO!!!! When was the last time I took a lunch break? JANUARY!!! Do I get paid for it? NO!!!!

This stress is not healthy for me and the baby! What the hell do I need to do to catch a break?!?!? Thank you for letting me vent! I can't for Saturday!!

I'm soo sorry you are going through this. Where do you work? I work at Katz Media and I've been busting my hump since sweeps started today. I completely understand!!

WOW! You have a lot going on Kelly! Make sure to watch out for yourself and your baby - that's the most important!

As for the co-op thing - have your lawyer get involved and get things moving, and maybe include the REA as well. Maybe that will help speed things along...

Can't wait for Saturday too!

I work for a station not worth my time. If you're going to be there Saturday, I'll let you know then. This is my 4th TV station, and by far, the worst. Ratings shouldn't even matter.

Our lawyer and realtor are working hard on this. They deserve gold stars. I seriously want to camp out in front of the house of this b!tch and make her sign. I know she's hoping for someone to make a better offer. She's the only hold out. She's not even divorced yet, but already engaged. I wish evil things to her!
