I am on the verge of an emotional and mental breakdown. I want to go away for the weekend of July 30, just by myself to get some peace. Are there any places out east, that are quiet, with maybe a spa or something so I can just relax?

I personally like Montauk, there are so many things to do out there. Good Luck and feel better

I would suggest Montauk too! What about Gurney's or the Yacht Club.
