Ladies I would like your honest opinions...

I was thinking of painting my aisle runner and I thought I would give it a try. I painted some tissue paper and I want your opinions. Does it look ok? I am not very talented in this area but I thought I would try so tell me what you think. It looks wrinkled c'os it is tissue paper.

Should I go for it and paint the actual aisle runner with our monogram? In the first 'Jason', I traced it with a pencil first and I do not plan on going that route. The second 'Jason' is probably what everything would look like. I do know that I could use a sharpie but I prefer paint. I think I might paint in black.

All of your opinions will be appreciated!

I think it looks great! But I def wouldn't trace it if you don't have to. You can see the pencil marks in the first one, not that anyone is really going to get that close to see the lines...

you know there's a pen/marker that comes in gold or silver. Don't know if that's enough for your names, but you can try buying a few of the markers, and giving it a try. They sell them at any craft store. Also, I remember they used to sell the thick gold markers, they were like paint cans in the type of a pen. You may want to check that out also!....

I think it came out great-remember though that tissue paper and the runner are completely different. My mom made mine and some paints bled and others didnt
