Ladies, need your ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, Debi wants her shower at a tea party place, but last night, she said something about a beach theme in the tea party theme. HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!! How do I do that ?? I did get a neat idea while driving today. I thought of handmade invitations, done in delicate watercolors. I have a picture in mind for the invitation, using the tea/beach theme. I plan to ask my artist Son, to draw the picture I have in mind. Don't know if he's up to girly scenes, since he's more into action figure drawings, but ya never know!! So, ideas pulease??????? TIA!!!!!! Mary MOB

There are lots of things you can get for the shower that are beach themed - favors, CPs, the colors, the food and drinks, etc.

Where are you planning on having the shower? (unless it is a surprise)

Hmm that's a really nice theme .. I love the beach too...
What about having him draw (if he can) one of two ideas:
1- A couple walking down the seashore hand in hand
2- Just a simple starfish laying on the sand with waves or a shoreline in the picture?
My FMIL did really cute favors for my shower- beach themed tea candles- I'll try and find and post a picture of them.

Oriental Trading sells floating flip flop candles for cheap. You can put sand in the bottom of a bowl and have these float on top for your CPs.

Not a surprise, but I wish I could have some surprise elements that would knock Debi's socks off!! I put in one request for a local place, called Sugarplums and Tea. They recently moved to a new facility, that's being remodeled, but should be open soon. I haven't seen it yet. There are a number of other tea party places around here, Kim. Why do you ask?? Mary MOB
