Hey girls So a few weeks ago my boss came to me with a semi 'promotion' of sorts. Basically the girl who was working in our outpatient oncology clinic...***** and my boss needed to move her to a position where she couldn't cause 'damage'...I wish she had just fired her. Anyways, my boss came to me and asked me work in the outpatient to fix the problems that are down there. Now I work with inpatient oncology patients and love it and made a deal with her that I would do half inpatient and half outpatient but that I would fix the problems...yada yada....
anyways today will be the first day that I word down in the outpatient oncology clinic and I'm honestly a little nervous....this is a big test and need to prove myself especially since the boss seems to think I can really make it work...i hope she's right!
