Let cream cheese, sour cream, butter and eggs stand at room temp for 1 hour.
Blend cream cheese, butter and sour cream together. Then add corn starch, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat on whip speed until very well blended. Beat in one egg at a time until very smooth. Pour mixture into a greased 9 1/2' spring pan. Bake at 350' for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Turn off oven and let cake cool with oven door open for 1 hour. Let stand at room temp for 2 hours and then cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
If you do a graham cracker crust, follow directions on box of graham crackers.

Ingredients: 2 slices bread 2 slices cheese
Grease pan. Put cheese on bread. Cook until cheese is melted.
Thats just about all I can cook....oh and I can make ice cubes too!!
Can we have like a cooking class or something?

I make a realllly good apple pie. It's a basic recipe:
Peel and cut up 8 small apples or 5-6 larger size apples Mix together dry ingredients: 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, few dashes of salt, tsp of cinnamon, and tsp of nutmeg (depending on how strong you want the flavor). Then take the peeled and cut up apples and put them into the dry mixture and mix it up (the apples will absorb all of it and coat it). Then just place the apples in a pie shell and dot it with butter all over. Then put another pie shell on top and cut slits. Bake 40-50 minutes at 425degrees.
It's soooo good, fh loves it!

Ooooh and I make a really good mashed potato pie. Just make mashed potatoes as you would normally (instant or fresh, doesn't matter). Put it in a casserole dish and mix in cut up deli ham and mozzarella cheese. Then sprinkle the top with a layer of breadcrumbs and dot it with butter. Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are brown on top.
