Ladies thinking of doing boudoir photos...

Do you know who you want to use & when you think you'll be doing it? I don't want to spend an arm and a leg because I have a few other surprises I want to do for FH. I'm looking for someone reasonable preferably with a studio so I don't have to pay for a hotel room.

Honestly- I see living social deals all the time so I'm going to watch for one when it gets to around 6-8 months before the wedding and do it then! :) I'm not going to be so particular!

I really don't want to do it at my home. I live with my parents and I am not prepared to answer those questions as to why a photographer is in my bedroom hahah

I am most likely going to do it with French Kiss, she offers three different packages. The cheapest one is like $325 and is 1 outfit and then from there they go up. The one that I am probably going to do is $595 and includes a 60 minute shoot and 3 outfits (It's pricey but I figure I would spend this much on a gift for him anyway). All of the packages include hair and makeup which is important to me because I can do my own hair but I'm not so good with makeup and the pictures are in a studio. I wouldn't want someone coming to home either because I have a roommate, might be kind of awkward haha

I'm booked with Kesha Lambert from Lash to Lens Studios. I started following them on facebook after I bought the Living Social deal and their work is AMAZING!! They advertise on Living Social all the time and the pics are in their studio. I'm going at the end of March, so if you haven't done it by then I'll definitely share my experience

Mango- one of my besties is doing my B-pics for a VERY low price. She's studying at the NY film academy and looking for pics to put in her portfolio. I can FM you prices and her work is amazing.

I was going to wait till summer also, but I get really bad tan lines because I never use sunscreen, just watch out for that!

I'm just keeping an eye on Living Social, Groupon, and Amazon Local. They ALWAYS have boudoir shoots for less expensive. Right now is the time when they're LEAST expensive, but they're still pretty reasonable the rest of the year.

I just bought a Groupon for b-pics. 2.5 hr session with full hair and makeup and unlimited outfits (have to bring your own) for $195. Includes online gallery, and all pics on a CD with full reprint rights. Can't beat it!
