I have a quick question I am also doing a candy bar, I am afraid of buying candy to soon I don't want it to go bad. when the right time to buy all the goodies?????????

I would probably buy the candy approximately a month prior to the big day, at the earliest. That way it doesn't go bad or get sticky. JMO

I would also say a month sept/oct can still be pretty arm weather

1-2 months the most....it can melt, get stale or start to break.

I agree with everyone, I would def. wait until a month before.
I always look at prices and want to buy stuff now.
