Ladies who have use or are using PATKEN

I used Patken as my photographer for my June 06 wedding and I'm in the process of making my albums. I got about 400 proofs in albums shortly after my wedding and used those pics to make the albums. On my contract, it says that I will get the pictures on CD on my 1 year anniversary.

OK, so I just called to see if I will get ALL of the pictures taken on CD or just the proofs and they told me just the proofs! Did anyone else ever have success getting ALL the pictures taken that day??? I'm going to be really POed if they are going to hold my pics hostage!

I am using Patken. I think you get all the proofs on CD...I was thinking the same thing about getting all the pics..but then I realized they wont be 'retouched' and that is probably why they dont want to give them to you...otherwise it would be too much work to retouch all the pictures
