tell me about it...I got a call and they may be interested for a Dept. Mgr position making more than i am now. I just started a new job a month ago but based on how things are going I'm unsure if this is where I see myself. they assure me they can offer more than i make now so although i was considering getting out of retail...its worth some consideration.
do they take care of their employees well?

you get medical after 3 mnths they offer 401K and dental after 9 months the only thing that ***** about dental is its only $1000 per calender year
They are very good at promoting within the company i really enjoy working there......oif ouse like all places you get some ahole mangers but everyone is pretty cool......what location?
the company is ver customer service oriented.....you hear customer is always right...it is pushed very hard in the company....people have gotten fired over complaints....so u have to try to be as nice as possible lol FM me if u have any questions :)
