Ladies with BALLGOWNS: What kind of slip are you using?

I am searching ebay for crinolines. I want a full one that will hold up the skirt of my ballgown since it's so heavy and I noticed a lot of hoop skirts....

Is anyone using one or tried one on? Does it pop up when you sit down????

hi i have a very large ballgown as well. it is organza with an extremly large train with tons of beading. i tried on a hoop crinole and hateddddd it!!! very uncomfortable. so i ended up getting a 4 tier crinoline. it holds the dress up great and it is very comfortable.

i actually like the hoop because it moved the weight - but you might want to try it on first

my ball gown does not need a slip so i am not using a hoop - it just has a lot of layers of crinoline in it already

I really don't want to wear a slip so my seamstress told me that she will probably just add some more criniline to it. She's the expert!
