Ladies Workout Express

Does anyone belong to this? Is it similar to Curves? Any reviews? Price? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

I went to one to try it out about 3 months ago. IMO it's not really that great. The hours were awful and I don't think it really does a whole lot for you. I mean, maybe for people who have enver ever exercised, or older women who are just trying to have some form of exercise in their lives, it's fine. But if you're looking to really tone or lose weight, it doesn't do it IMO. I've never been to Curves, though I heard it's similar. I like machines with weights and to be able to pick my target areas rather than have it done for me.
