So...I'm MOH for my best friends wedding iin september....her FH's brother is the best man. My FH is also in the bridal party, as well as the brothers girlfriend...my question is, when we join in the first dance, do I dance with FH, or my wedding partner??
Just curious, and bored at work!

yeah, it depends on the bride and groom...but she should really let you dance with FH...no one would notice the difference

in most weddings ive been in weve been allowed to dance with who we want i guess its up to the bride and groom.

You dance with you FH. Wouldnt the BM dance with his date? I dont think you have to dance with the person you walk down with or anything. But if they ask you to dance to another dance you can say yes if you want to- but its not like it is a requierement.

We had something similar happen...
My SIL (brother's wife) was my MOH. My BIL (husband's brother) was our best man. My brother and my DH's sister were both in the bridal party (and walked together). When we had our dance- - my brother and his wife danced together, so my SIL and BIL (Brother and sister) danced together. I only have 1 brother (and no sisters) so my brother felt it important to dance our first dance w/ his wife... they should do whatever makes them comfortable. HTH!

Girls I hate to burst your bubble, but the proper way to do it so as not to have the entire bridal party switching partners right in the middle of the dance floor but start out dancing with your bridal party partner then when everyone is all mingled together you can change partners and dance with your significant other.

I haven't seen the BP dance together in a loooooooong time. Most brides nowadays just want their guests to be happy and dance with their SOs.
