LADIES...look what our friends gave us........

We went to our friends house for dinner last night because they wanted to give us our wedding present that we hadn't received yet.
They made us a beautiful scrapbook collage in a frame with all the 'papergoods' (invites, reception card, programs...etc) from our wedding. It came out so nice, I LOVE IT! And all the flowers in the background were painted on by them by hand.
Not only did the frame turn out beautiful, but its such a thoughtful gift because its something that took them a long time to complete, and they put their hearts into it. They said that someone made something similar for them for their wedding and they loved it, so they wanted to do it for us. Definitely one of my favorite gifts from the wedding by far.

That is fantastic! I love when gifts show thought and effort like that. It came out beautiful! What a wonderful keepsake for you to have!

I loved it so much that I made DH hang it up in our room as soon as we got home from their house at 11pm. lol

I wanted to do this for myself once everything was over but how awesome that your friends would think of something so thoughtful. You have great friends...lucky girl!
