Land's End Or Flowerfield?

Which would (or did!) you choose? If anyone has any positives and/or negatives, I'd love to hear them! Thanks!

I chose flowerfield! May 17, 2003! To be honest, you can not go wrong with either. Sometimes I wish I shoose Lands End because its on the bay...but hten I remember that Flowerfield as 50+ acres of gorgeous grounds to take pictures on. They are both jsut soo wonderful!

I chose Lands End. Flowerfield wasn't an option because we wanted a place on the water.

We got some great shots on the beach, and that was important to us. Also I just loved the rooms for the cocktail hour. Once we saw it, we knew it was the place.

But you'd have a wonderful wedding at either location!

I've never been to Flowerfield, but Land's End is beautiful. Our wedding would have been too small there though - the reception room is pretty large.

I'm a Lands End bride for the same reasons as LisaT (namely the water), but I've heard Flowerfield is nice too. My cousin was married there.

They're both great and the caterer couldn't be better. I would choose Lands End because of the water also, but that is just me! Flowerfield is so green (unless you are a winter bride) and beautiful inside. You cannot make a wrong decision on this one! What are looking for exactly????

I chose Flowerfield because the cocktail room is very large and unique, and I loved the clean, white look of the ballroom, as well as the size and set up of the room. The caterer is first rate, so both places have amazing food. It all comes down to land or sea.

I've been to 2 weddings @ Flowerfields and they were both amazing. I've never been to Land's End, but I've heard it's amazing as well. Are they owned by the same people?? Everyone's right--depends what you want---more ''greenery'' or ''watery'' (if there is such a word!)

Great choices! Both places are beautiful, and we found the banquet managers at both places very, very nice to deal with.

I especially love the cocktail room at Flowerfields.

Both were booked for our date...

I looked at both and both are beautiful. I would say Flowerfield for a spring/summer wedding, Lands End for a fall/winter wedding. Lands End had a warmer feeling to it (all the fireplaces, the wood floors, etc.). I think Flowerfield is gorgeous for a Spring wedding with all the tulips and other flowers all over the grounds. Really, it is up to you. They are both great - I guess it really depends on your style.

I got married at Flowerfield. I LOVED the cocktail hour room and the whole place. I cant tell you much about Lands End, but I can tell you that Flowerfield was wonderful on my wedding day!

They're both great... I chose Flowerfield because I did not want a 'water' wedding. I prefer the wooded Flowerfield setting.

They are both beautifual and you can't go wrong with either of them. My preference would be Lands End, only because it's on the water.

We loved both, but Flowerfield was for us. I love the fact that the cocktail hour would be amazing inside or outside. Also I am getting married there, so I needed that bridge in the cocktail hour room. The bridal suite is incredible and I love the lighter look of the ballroom with the bunting and white lights! I cant wait for my April Wedding as you can tell! LOL

I chose Flowerfield - I just fell in love with it. I'm getting married in November and I loved the fact that the outside is so lit - its so romantic, the lights on all the trees and the fountains. I booked it on the spot.

My cousin got married at Lands End b/c they are beach people - they did an amazing job, everything was wonderful.

You really can't go wrong with either one....Lovin Oven does a great job at all their catering locations. You just have to visit both and see which you like better.

Ive been to weddings at both.Flowerfield is very elegant but the ballroom was very plain.Landsend i thought the room and view was beatiful,so my choice landsend.Good luck
