Land's End Prices
Hi. I'm newly enaged and have just begun to look at reception halls. So far I've seen alot and the Old Field Club is my top choice. I still want to see a few more though.I have heard excellent feedback about the service, food, and setting at Land's End. I know it is expensive, but am not sure what the cost per person is. I don't want to go see it and love it, but then realize that it is way over my budget. Does anyone know approx. what price per person would be for Sunday afternoon in August?
Thanks!

Hi JennWe were quoted $145 with a minimum of 165 people. Could you tell me what the Oldfield Club is charging? Thanks!

Re: Land's End Prices
Hi. I visited the Old Field Club last week and was $100 pp for Sunday and $115 for Saturday. My only problem with them is that the cocktail hour foods limited to passed appetizers and all hot/cold displays and stations are extra. Cake is not included. But, a plus is that they don't add on a gratuity fee.
I really liked the atmosphere and decor at Old Field. I just don't feel like I'm getting as much food for my money as at other places. Does anyone know of other places with a similar 'feel', but a more extensive menu?
Thanks!

Re: Land's End Prices
When I booked LE over a year ago Sat night was $140...min 185...I did overhear them on the phone in June that it was now $150.of course Sat afternoon, fri night and sundays are less expensive. If I told you the prices we were quoted, I am sure they are outdated by now...
but it was the most fantastic place I could have picked...I was so happy on my wedding day and they do everything for you...you are never in need or looking for something...it is always right there for you and if you do need something, someone will get it for you in an instant...and the food is really out of this world...

I went to a wedding at the old field last year and it was really nice...very quaint and the food was great! They had a wet bar I think it is called with clams etc and that was big hit...just thought i would throw that in...best of luck!!

Re: Land's End Prices
depending on season you can negotiate with them.We paid $120pp at Lands End for 185 minimum for a Saturday night at the end of April 2002. (We booked in July 2001 - at the time their price was $140pp)
It was a fantastic choice and worth every penny!

Re: Land's End Prices
Thanks for the offer! I'm actually going to call to set up an appointment to go see it myself. It seems a little over my price range, but it seems like it would be worth the extra $$$.For Old Field I was given the same quotes (sat $115 and sun $110).
