On the 30th? I just found out my brother in law (plays in a wedding band) is playing there on the 30th. I was wondering if it was any of the LIW brides.

I believe his band is called Powerhouse. He lives in CT so he doesn't play on LI too often. But he told me the other night he is playing at Lands End on 9/30! I think that is awesome! Our wedding is there only 3 weeks later.

DC2- How was the wedding at Lands End last night?
Just a quick post....last night I got married at Land's End and it was amazing!!! I just saw that someone got married there yesterday, they must have been the day wedding. I will write a review when I get back, but for whoever is getting married there...no worries, the place is amazing. My family has had weddings at really nice venues such as the St. Regis and the Essex House and people said it was one of the nicest weddings. When the wedding ended at 11:30, everyone was still there. Not one of the 220 people had left. That is a good sign! It was the best night! I will post pictures later!
The band was the Anthony Mills Band. They were totally amazing! Everyone loved them...including the staff from Land's End. Was that your FBIL?

That is so funny! They were playing everything, from JLo to the Tarantella to a waltz to disco. They were awesome! I really dealt with the lead singer, not much with the other band members, but everyone commented on how they sounded like the actual group. The singers are amazing as well. I am pleased I chose them. Are they singing at your wedding?
I actually just spoke to Danny and he said he loves playing with this band. He does play with others. He said everything at Lands End was great! He isn't playing at our wedding because he is the best man and my FH wanted him to enjoy the wedding. We are having a DJ instead b/c we figured if we couldn't have Danny's band then we are not having any! Glad they were good!!! He told me they gave out a ton of cards last night!!!
