FH and I are getting very close to booking with Lands End but we heard that low tide in the area could bring in some bad smell and there are kids hanging around the parking lot. We really love the place but are a little worried. Has anyone experienced these problems?

Ive never heard this and their parkinglot is private. Id think during a wedding kids wouldnt be there. They can go down the block to the park

anywhere you go near the bay if its low tide it can sometimes smell --- I live down by the bay
2 usually when there is a wedding the parking lot will be full and kids cant park there but yes kids do part at lands end --- grew up in sayville.

No bad experiences for us. We even took pics at sunset in the parking lot. Everything was perfect!!! You will not be disappointed

I got married there and there were absolutely no problems!! No worries
