Anyone else check this place out? Have an appointment tonight and was looking forward to going until my FH just called and said a friend looked here and said the people were really mean and the prices were high. I'm bummed :(
I heard they really hiked prices up after they re-did it, not sure what the price range is..but from pics it looks gorgeous.
My friend just booked there- She said she had a nice meeting with them, and argued her way into getting a lot included since it's not fully done yet and they only know what it's going to look like through pictures.
I heard from a friend that since you can't really get a tour of the place (it is still under renovation and re-opens in June or July I think), you can bargain for a cheaper rate, or get a lot more stuff included in the package. I haven't been there myself, so I don't know for sure though..
I booked there! When I booked there was nothing to see but the pictures and I am not sure what the prices are now but they had pre construction prices so I got a pretty good deal and got a lot of things included. I met with Harry and he has been amazing to us. He has also been very helpful with different things that i needed done of questions i had. I too only had pictures to look at but the pictures look amazing and i cannot wait to see it done! Let me know if you have any other questions. I just went a few weeks ago. They show you a bunch of pictures and have some samples of chairs and tables and things in the showroom. We were looking for a summer Saturday night and the prices were pretty cheap compared to other places we went. They were the construction prices. The guy was pretty nice. He said the prices wold def be going up once construction is done, which should be pretty soon. We didn't wind up booking there. It has a Tuscan feel which didn't really match what we were looking for. Everything seems like it will be state of the art though. Good luck.

We booked our November 2013 wedding there a few months ago! We loved it and the prices were great! We have a TON of stuff included and he even threw some extra stuff in! Good luck finding your venue! Larkfield is definitely a gem!
