I just want to tell those who are still looking for a venue to check out Larkfield!!! I took a risk booking a venue before it was renovated. But I’m so so happy I did. I even got grief from my FMIL but the way the place looked before. I don’t know why? But now I feel it’s better than what I imagined. She even called me today to say how happpy she is and how she can't wait for the wedding. I would check it out...

I remember when it was Larkfield Country Club and there was a pool there! I went there on my 6th grade field trip. I am old. Lmao! It's gone through so many renovations over the years and its only gotten better each time.
just spoke with a friend who had booked there for next september- she HATED it, and is going to lose her deposit now and book somewhere else... from the pics I just saw on facebook, I look it looks absolutely amazing
cets1290 what didn't she like? I thought some things were a little small but can still work ie the back patio. I wanted fox hollow so bad but there was too many restrictions that my mom didn't care for. I'm still happy with larkfield...
She didn't like the floor or the carpeting, and said that the bride/groom table was in a weird location. Honestly, from the pics she sent and the ones online, the place looks beautiful and people aren't going to be starting at the floor the whole night. Plus, if you do uplighting, the floor isn't even going to look the same anyway!

Yes! Loved it!
Larkfield was the first place we went to see, before the reno. Ultimately we chose a different place but we have a wedding to go to in August, and its a Larkfield. Im really excited to see how it turned out. i wonder if Ill have any bit of regeret that we went in a different direction.
