Laser hair removal ?

Has anyone done it? Is it worth it ? Where did you go

hell yea it's worth it! i've had 5 treatments so far and my last treatment was in late March and I haven't shaved my pits since!!! AMAZING!

yes and no. it's really expensive (at least mine was - at the american laser centers) but it's nice to not have to shave.

i had my full legs done, and my armpits ... i still have SOME hair even though i had gone for over 3 years (every 2 months) ... it's A LOT of treatment s... they originally told me i'd only need 5-8 total treatments but clearly that was BS.

i was just asking my girlfriends about this. I want to do it too but dont know anything about it. Does it last forever? Does it hurt?

Laser hair removal isn't permanent. It's a permanent 'reduction', you have about 70-80% less hair than you would normally have. It hurts depending on which area you have treated. I did my underarms, which didn't hurt much, my upper lip, which hurt so much I teared up, and now I'm doing my arms, which is sort of in the middle. It only hurts while they laser, not after the session is over.

I just started. I won money off at a Bridal Show. I'm doing my underams and it hurt a bit while they were doing it and was a little sore after but I'm looking forward to the results. I went to Laser Cosmetica in Great Neck. They're all really nice and laid back there and it's not terribly expensive.

thanks girls.. i really am considering doing my lip. I bleach it now but i feel like the skin is a different color lol. its freaking me out. Id be scared to wax it because I've seen to many old people with pieces growing back lol
