LAST Dress Poll... Promise

Ok.. I have a christening in a few weeks, for my bosses baby, I need something dressy... what do you girls like the best out of the three?

I would like to pair the dress with those adorable red peep toes that I bought to give to my MOH for my shower... Let me know what you girls think - I would LOVE to get it ordered tonight-TIA

Thanks girls.. yea now the hard part is black or white cardigan... black sounds good but white may make it 'pop'

Thanks girls - I just ordered #1... I think it will be a perfect fit and those red peep toes will match well...

If it was me I would choose 3. If it was family or friends I would have done # 1. Sinceit is your boss and it is fall I would go with #3
