OK I am an idiot and just added someone to the shower and wedding list. Well my mom asked me to add her and I thought about it for 2 weeks and said ok. (guest list is OUT OF CONTROL!)
Problem is shower is 3 weeks away. My mom does not want to call this lady (a friend) and lie saying her invite was returned. My sister doesnt know what to do either.
WHAT DO I DO...not invite her at all? (PS - She will def find out about it because all their other friends will be there!)

Who is the contact on the invite? Just have them call and say that they haven't heard from her about her response.

that is a good idea...
and its true, mail gets lost... I just found out that one of my friends didn't get my wedding invite or shower invite but her sister did, so that was really strange... just call her and use that!!
